Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

I am more than ready and willing to quit over RTO

Maybe all of us who feel this way - and I know for a fact there are many, many of us - should let them know. I think the number will be much higher than they ever imagined. They might want some of us to quit because of this, but what happens when half the workforce says "no" and walks away?

Agreed. I just updated my resumé today and will be reaching out to my network next week to look at other opportunities. I love my team, and although the work has been tough lately, WFH has made it better. Take that away and there's no reason to stay, as much as I like my team, there are great teams all over.

I’m already looking externally. They’re going to lose more top talent than anything in this mess.

Rumors are sabbatical is next on the chopping block.

It won't be half. But they are going to find out. WFP was one of the main reasons I haven't bailed.
