Getting my resume out there. Tired of waiting on leadership to tell us what’s going on with RTO moves etc. Not going to move to another hub with no relo.

Not everyone, our VP broke radio silence yesterday and told us that it will be a few more weeks, hopefully in July.
Some organizations have more challenges with this nonsensical mandate and can't reorganize by EOM.

That's a right move. To be honest, the timeframe, while it appears to be delayed a bit, hasn't changed much and most of us are still expecting to receive our "letters" this month, so you might just start getting some interview invites by the time AT&T lets you go with severance anyway. I'm planning on revising my resume either this week, or early next week, and starting to apply too.
