It is possible to treat employees badly and not have to worry about a mass exodus because the job market is dismal and many cannot leave. However.. What will happen to the productivity of so many disappointed employees in the office? They certainly won't be trying too hard anymore.

No amount of flag waving and marching vets up to the podium to share their stories is going to turn the tide on this lost cause. The ship is going down!
I wonder when the place will fold. Bank is a joke. Why would anyone seriously bank there? You have to wonder who is staying? Will they sink the ship? Plus, their insurance prices have gone too high, and they are messing with members due to their policies. They have zero attractive products, and are shedding people and there still is not enough work because the place is collapsing. They will use the remaining people for maintenance (at 24/7, who wants to be a part of that?). I mean, seriously. Who wants to stay in that environment?
If there are people that still don’t have anything to do even after the layoff of over 3000 people in the last couple of years, then that tells me there is room for more reductions in staffing. Be afraid…be very afraid.
Guess what-these layoffs and RTO move will be deemed a success due to how productivity is measured-the decrease in expenses will make it look like a success.
AML QA works 2 sars a week lol why is that place even a thing.
I literally don't have anything to do as it is. But I'm not supposed to say anything about that. First rule of USAA is we don't talk about problems at USAA.
