Get out if you can

There are many much better options out there, you just need to start looking.

You are all “victims…..”

Get a new job if you don’t like your current gig! You’ll complain about Wayne until the end of time….OR….you could move on with your life and start fresh somewhere else!

Give grace to those that have been impacted by the layoffs. Folks are angry and hurt by what’s happened to them. Sometimes it’s just helpful to vent - let them. No one should be judging anyone - it’s not your place.

lots of work out there. I was getting 2-3 interviews a week before I settled on my new position. only 2 days in office and 20% increase. Jobs are there for the taking, no need to be complacent at a company that clearly spits on their own work force with godawful management.

If you are nervous about having to re-enter the job market, check this out:

"Why there's a new bull market despite recession fears"

The part where she talks about the strong job market hopefully brings comfort.

I have 4 job interviews starting tomorrow. Some are in an advanced stage (as in "final round"). An additional 2 have been delayed, 1 expected to come through in a day or two (due to a delay in getting a hold of the manager). The market is there. I networked, searched on my own, but mainly got them through my LinkedIn profile.

Don't forget what happened to you at USAA, and warn other colleagues to avoid at all costs. Also, join in on any legal action that applies to your situation with how USAA has treated you.

It is shocking to realize what has gone down over there. I am so much happier now that I am closer to my next job! But don't stay in that toxic (lack of) culture. I can hardly wait to turn in my notice and move into a job that will grow me!

Stay strong, study hard for that next role, and look forward to a brighter future!

If? What's stopping you? Seriously ... the victim mentality of you self-absorbed losers. Go find another job already if it's so terrible where you are.

We all know the employees on this website aren’t interested in taking positive steps to change their mindsets or careers. They simply want to complain and feel victimized.
