This is a total mess. Whose fault is it that some people have too much work while others don't know what they need to do and thus spend their days slacking off? There are lots of completely useless people here who are just milking the company.

For the ones running Hertz, you are merely a resource waiting to be converted into capital for their own greedy ends.
Maybe they should have kept some of the high achievers instead of cutting them for their salary. Oh wait, that would require good leadership who ACTUALLY know how to run a business. Instead we have an old boys club who rewards a-s kisses who feed their egos!
