We're spread out in San Francisco, Denver, Austin, Dallas, Phoenix, Orlando, Omaha, new Jersey and Chicago
So we all have to come back to the office and have "in person collaboration", only to continue to work remotely from each other (alone in cubicles) and join the same Team meetings we've been joining since 2020?
How much sense does this make? If in person collaboration is so important, why not force every executive and director to move to the same location? Oh yea, they're different.
This move just proves how disconnected Schwab senior leadership really are. Especially the executive council. boomers who are past their prime with no vision. Most teams aren't in the same location and it's gotten more spread out since the TDA acquisition.
This is insane
