This RTO policy that executive council just suddenly dropped on all of us disproportionately affects minorities. Many of us live on one income and are single parents and this is a major shock to not just us but our families. I know most don't want to hear this but the Executive council are all affluent white people. They don't have the first clue what working class people are dealing with. I know it's not just minorities obviously but how can they make decisions that affect regular workers without even understanding how difficult it is to be a single parent in this climate today?

Single mom as well - they've never been accommodating. It's time to boycott.
