If they want to layoff everyone in STS instead of fixing their pseudo agile and finger pointing culture and replce them all with offshore, they will get what they pay for. Also, 250k is on the high end. That is what directors and above are making. Very few ICs are making that much who aren't Architects, etc.
Absolutely. A merger of this size is going to have thousands of layoffs, it's unavoidable.
For sure. Over 6,000 STS employees alone. At least half of them can go. And at an average pay of $250k each, looking at saving $750M per year.
