I feel the pain shared across.

I lost my job and career to H1-B visa workers and offshoring due to corporate greed.

For years and years, corporations are focused on sponsoring H1-B visa. Their goal is not about higher skills, because skills are accumulated with experience. Most H1-B visa workers are much younger than displaced American.

Everybody knows the best time to go on strike is when your employer is hemorrhaging customers on the verge of recession. It’s just common sense.

If you’re using public opinion as a barometer, you should be far more concerned with whether or not the Hollywood industry will even exist 5 years from now let alone earning enough to meet union demands.

Hollywood is bleeding viewership and revenue because it’s never been more despised than it is right now. We’re happy you’re striking because it’s just another nail in the coffin of corporate media. If you haven’t realized this yet, I don’t know what decade you’re living in.

Considering what they're offering, I don't see an alternative. And I don't see why it wouldn't go well, especially with the public opinion leaning firmly towards us and the writers despite the heavy propaganda being fed to people.
