My advice is to get away as fast as you can. Things are only going to get worse for us. The people I know who quit have no regrets over it. They are enjoying their new jobs and not looking back. There's no reason for any of us to stay a day longer at Truist than we have to.

I left back in march after 15 1/2 years and have absolutely ZERO regret. What a wretched place Truist has become.
I miss my work friends. But that's honestly all I miss. There were plenty of good experiences prior to the merger. But from the moment the merger was announced, everything turned lousy.
