CPH cheat

One way to “cheat” the system is by having reps throwing orders on the daily to improve the CPH for their benefit and make it look good on the reports. There was a rep that worked five deliveries for a twelve hr day and the DM harassed them about why there was nothing extra in another account on top of the scripted plan because their is so much potential in that account. Really?! Simply, not enough time in the day or week to set up these sales pitches with store managers or directors like the company promised at the beginning of this structure. I’ve spoken to a few god reps that have tried to hang on with hopes that things will get better but, ultimately have thrown in the towel and moved on. To sum up their feedback, they are happier in their new jobs, paid way better and are in a better working environment. For all the reps or order writers, there is something better out there because Mondelez is NOT best in class. The veterans out there know. It used to be. But not anymore

Freakin ridiculous having to throw loads as an SR with all these ridiculous expectations we have for each store. Like how are we supposed to get to all of our stores when we are spending hours working loads

A way to cheat CPH is just order a pallet of Ritz and throw like three cases off it. Gradually repeat it for every store. It will build up but the key here is to max your bonuses while you look for another job. Leave the mess for the DM to figure it out after you are long gone.

It’s pressure from above. They can’t spend $50 million on the Salesforce App, and then admit 3 months later the whole thing is a failure. They will force managers to give them numbers that justify what’s they’ve done

Exactly, The whole thing is failing but they are trying everything to make it look like Mission 1 is working and wonderful. We and all the stores know thats not the case.
