It wouldn't surprise me at all. If the manager already doesn't know when enough is enough, then we can expect them to start being even more unrealistic with their demands, right? That is, until eventually burned-out employees end up quitting.

It’s legit at the point where everyone is overwhelmed. I quit yesterday it feels freaking amazing. So many people are quitting and they can’t hire enough people because they’re not retaining new hires.
