You gotta love the culture mondelez has created.
The ftow thinks the SR does nothing. The SR thinks the ftow does nothing. The SR AND FTOW think the RMS and DM does nothing. The RMS thinks the DM does nothing. The DM thinks everybody does nothing. In reality we are all working hard we just have cr-ppy jobs.
Our DM is busy…..at the local bar! The bar staff knows him well, unfortunately none of the accounts know him at all!

DM's do nothing. The amount of times I've called my DM for an issue and heard the news on the TV playing in the background is surprising. I remember seeing my DM shopping in their pajamas at one of my stores at 1 P.M. on Thursday like they just rolled out of bed. We used to have to send our own objectives and fill out our own mid/year end reviews out as well. Would have maybe seen them face to face 3-4 times a year at most. All the other workers are hard working for sure though.
Anybody left either had no options or they are too scared to try.

I am a FTOW. I work so hard and so does my supervisor. The DM probably doesn't think so though.

There are other jobs out there. The grass isn't always greener on the other side. There will always be challenges.
