Has anyone else noticed an uptick in people quitting/leaving the company? I’m sure HR couldn’t care one way or the other but it seems to be happening more and more. It’s also interesting it seems to be the legacy Cenovus people leaving vs legacy Husky. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence 😂

Each employee that leaves = one less package they will eventually have to pay out. CVE loves attrition.
I think is more evident in departments lead by legacy Husky loo___s. No wonders why Cenovus had to rescue Husky. Now Cenovus is following the same path.
