The Board and Execs need to be sued for malfeasance

Hans, the Board, and Executive leadership really need to be sued for malfeasance. This is a straight-up business to operate, that already has the dominant network and large numbers of postpaid subscribers when Hans and company came in and wrecked the company with their nonsense.

None of the current leadership really deserves to be there including Tony. Nice guy, but sitting in the wrong seat on the bud.

There are more than enough former employees pushed out in the past number of purges to testify about a lot of the behavior and practices that were going on but should not have been going on, including the H1B abuses. There is more than enough to talk about in a courtroom or during discovery. Everyone's got a tale to tell and the smart ones made printouts and took pics of job notices placed in places where they should not have been. Time will tell. The earnings call should be fun.

The stock will be down to single-digits by the time 5g gains traction.

Double from $5/share is not worth the wait.

File for bankruptcy and live another day!!!

The stick will double once 5G starts paying off.

I hope that all of the Teacher's Union's and other Unjon Pension plans sue and invite along all of the retiree investors. The lack of business sense by this bunch has absolutely created a significant number of damages and challenges to the cash flow of the company. This should quickly end Han's $40M parachute and the future careers of all his reports and their reports. No one wants a loser on their payroll!
