Laid off in Sept 2022 after 28 years. I was one of thousands who built what became a brand to truly be proud of. It was amazing! But that was no long, long ago. Being laid off last fall was a bitter pill indeed but alas, a blessing in disguise. Found a less stressful role with a more employee focused company, similar pay, far better benefits and no fear! Sold off all but a small portion of my formerly beloved VZ stock. Had I stayed, I would have lost the majority of my 401k life long savins thanks to the utter incompetence of Hans and his subservient underlings. What's happening is utterly heartbreaking. VTeamers are still my family.

After getting laid off, be sure to dump all of your VZ services from wireless, landline, cable and all 401K - VZ stock. This company does not deserve your loyalty.
Hopefully you dumped the VZ stock from your 401k after you left. I know I did.
If you have VZ in your 401k or hold this stock at all you have a brain defect
