Don’t worry. TS and V2Mom will just keep deleting all the NPS data that show how much they diminished the TAC/CX/Cisco brand. Tom and Joe must be having a pretty good laugh at what the “enlightened” management has done.
This is her goal and why for the people working in tac she is one of the prime evils with many minions following her.

Great news! There are too many TAC managers and leaders in RTP, Japan, and China. They are all incompetent. Not even eligible to be a manager. Everything works well without them. We do NOT need them! It's high time they left the company!
