It really is a simple business. Make sure people can connect communicationally. Then charge for it. Simple. I can't think of a single employee in the company who should be earning more than $250K considering how this company has functioned under HVs lack of leadership.
The point is we lack, thought provoking, analysis, visionary, game changing ideas at the top.
There are no sound fundamentals as always a moving target.
How many times have you heard "game changer" at VZ and the net result is nada.
Stop with the game changer nonsense until the game fundamentals are sound
If we complained to leadership that VZ stock price affected our bonus, they’d tell us not to put all our eggs in one basket.
If leadership complains to us that VZ stock price affected their bonus, we should be able to say the same.
