This is a simple change to displace the current duality role of the current VZ CEO who is also the Chairman of the VZ Board-of-Directors.
This will aid with the much-needed VZ's public relations campaign.

I agree. It should not be allowed. It may be legal, I don't know, but it sure seems like a conflict - of-interest. Seems shady even if it's legit.
To see our stock tank even further yesterday by 2.55 to a low of 31.46 is disgusting. We definitely need a new BOD because where the f**k is Hans? Not a peep out of this joker. He is supposed to be involved and trying to resolve cr-p. No one has heard from him. He's just waiting for his $40 million check at this point. Disgusted with the musical chairs he has going on. Him and his leadership have to go.
