Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

One way Street

It's always been a one way street for HW leadership and I say this as a former leader at HW (not really proud of it). HW leadership never has a problem putting their employees in a bind with very little notice, then again they can't really give much notice because they are so disconnected from how the company is performing and it is always a knee jerk reaction to reduce costs. I was thinking, wouldn't it be funny if someone on a Global NDA with detailed knowledge of future site closures shared that information with the sites directly. Man, heads would be spinning wouldn't they.

Maybe details are not needed, but I always enjoyed watching hr freak out when there were leaks, launching an investigation and such....I spent time in GSI and was warned to never visit this site especially from a HW computer.

Detailed info is not needed. If the site or any part of it can be offshored, it’s on the cutting board. Basic knowledge of IP ownership, export licensing and monuments answer the offshoring question.
