With the recent survey coming out I’ll give my honest 0s and if i get let go it’s because the surveys are never anonymous you heard it here first the EC full of old people out of touch with the people actually doing the work want blood.

the glint survey or any other survey that’s suppose to be anonymous is not, there’s a reason it has your name on it. Also, my aunt has worked in HR for many years and told me straight up any survey is never anonymous

Perfect example of CLUELESS leadership. Why waste the money on a survey where the results won't mesh with your perception. Are they that delusional to think that the survey results will be good when they have beaten down their employees with RTO and now layoffs somewhere in the future. WE all need what they are smokin or eatin
Well at least if everyone completes them honestly (like i did today), they can't fire all of us for giving bad scores. I don't think they can simply ignore the fact that the majority of employees are VERY unhappy. But maybe they will.
As someone who gets the survey done on them, I can 100% tell you I cannot tell who answered what. It does not give names or clues only results. If it isn’t anonymous it’s past me.
The email has never said its anonymous. In fact it specifically says "this email has been personalized for you"
No one is going to let you go because no one actually cares about that survey, they never did!!! I have given honest 0s over the years, so has my entire team but bad leaders remained, team was miserable and no one cared or questioned us ever. This time is no different.
