Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Ethics Llne is "phone a foe"

The fastest way to get terminated is to call the Ethics Line.

Ethics don't exist at WF.
Proven on a daily basis.

Buy a muzzle or duct tape instead.
Much better investment.

I wrote this on another post and it seems to fit here as well

"The ethicsline is not there to help you just as HR is not there for you either.

They are there for the company (sorry firm) to get ahead of lawsuits at best and at worst actively delay a contact to regulators or other bodies such as the EEOC who have rules around how soon you need to report something (for instance EEOC is 180 days from the date the discrimination took place)"

I personally know of some that submitted documents with clear evidence of unethical behavior, the ethicsline delayed and delayed and amazingly after 181 days came back and said they saw no wrong, of course by then it was too late to go to the EEOC.

That said I'm very pleased to say that they shared the information with the law team representing the people on the fake interview suit. F Wells Fargo, I'm hoping for severance soon so I can say bye to this awful place.

You are doing it wrong... Use the below form and submit your complaint anonymously. It allows to to upload documents, etc., as well as to interact with ethics anonymously using your report code and password:
