I don't care. I overproduce without the distraction of the office and wasting time goimg in to sit with people who are not my clients. They want to cut their production. Fine.

Not true @1kyg+1nH1UPVD because they are already coming down on management even though some was off for vacation. I know of two managers who was put on a list and their bosses had to talk to them and I heard they will start in August for the rest of us. HR really need to go back and reevaluate this because the holiday season will soon start and many will be traveling.
FYI, calls are being made to people who have not been in the office for three years.

Depends on the area, but the B2 calls actually started a few weeks ago to some of my coworkers. No regard for PTO or holidays, they only look at badge swipe averages. In my opinion, they are building a case to say hybrid doesn’t work due to non compliance and require everyone in 5 days a week.
No one cares anymore
