This seems to be a very demoralised organisation, have heard some really bad complaints about senior management, compliance training states no recriminations, those people who made complaints are now gone, and manager/s are still here doing the same thing.
The yearly staff survey, is also a waste, those who make non affirming comments are let go, so results are skewed by those trying to garner further advantage, many do not or will not do the survey fearing reprisals. It is supposed to be an anonymous survey, don't think it is
