The worst part of mission 1 is that it makes us sales reps look bad. I've always taken pride in my work and now I feel like all these store managers think I'm a cr-ppy worker when I'm busting my butt but it's impossible to give 25 stores good service when some of your ftow could care less about providing good service and actually doing their jobs.. The FTOW can get delegated from their manager. I'm not their manager, and I'm done acting the roll, without the pay. The FTOW can look at their notes, the planners, and speak to the store managers. I'm not holding their hand, or coddling the poor baby's any longer. Buck up or GTFO!
I pushed back on management all the time and told them how bad these decisions were for years. I got a 3 month vaca bahhaa. Middle fingers up baby. New job so much better.
Sounds like you’re not very good at delegating responsibility to your FTOWs . But yet you kept your job; you must have been a good friend to management to keep the privilege of working there. Too bad I got punished with a 6 month vacation for not su-king up.
