Other Companies, Vendors, and even grocery store employees are laughing at our new “work model”. Store workers and other vendors recognize that the majority of the FTOW’s don't know what they are doing and are not good at what they do. What an utter failure Mission 1 is! Our service has never been worse. We are the laughing-stock! I have to chuckle every time I hear upper management mention “best-in-class”.

Agree it is intentional. We will be going to warehouse soon
We have had the same DM for more than 15 years, not one store knows who he is. Every bartender within a 50 mile radius sure does.
This is intentional. When they do go warehouse there won’t be any stores that fight it. They will welcome it
