Let's use Glassdoor to express our thoughts on the forced RTO and how it was handled and everything else you're probably upset about at this point. It may not be much but let's let them have it from every direction.

I legitimately stopped buying Starbucks and no longer shop at Amazon. I browse for ideas but never buy. Also, I would never work at Amazon given how toxic we all know it is.

So yes, there are people who care about company culture and their treatment of employees. And quite frankly, it's unfortunate that you seemingly don't.

@1yhq+1nLEQHv6 your comment is getting downvoted, but it's true. Best case is talented candidates will turn heal at cr-p reviews.

Lol Clients and Shareholders don't care. Did you write to Starbucks leadership when their employees wanted to unionize or did you buy that latte? Did you write to Amazon about poor warehouse working conditions or did you one click buy that rug shampooer? Be real.

We should also be using Fishbowl (by Glassdoor). You can post to the company bowl anonymously and I know both reviews and fishbowl chatter are monitored by leadership. Multichannel and keep screaming. Clients will see the chaos. Shareholders will see the chaos. It isn't good. Walt has to go.

Good idea, not much else we can do at this point. It's us vs them. And they are using all the plays in the playbook to ensure we are powerless.
