There will be a point where there are no more costs to reduce beyond closing down a line of business or selling it off.

Nielsen has regressed to the point that it can't compete with a startup like iSpot.TV. The cash has dried to where they couldn't even pay for Slack. Reducing cost base and third party spend are just fancy words for Chapter 11.

Nielsen isn't struggling with cost. It struggling to feed the greed of Elliot and Demon Dave.

Yes more layoffs coming soon, Nielsen continues to struggle with costs, the difference between being a public or private company. Elliot is expecting a return profit.
