We can only hope that the leadership is aware of how much the reputation of Ford has been damaged, especially recently, and that they will actually do something about it. When was the last time you heard something good about Ford from other people?

Think about this: Farley is counting on Franck Louis-Victor, the CEO of Ford Next and Christian Moran, the CEO of “canopy” to save the company with subscription revenue. YTD, they have ZERO revenue, but spend $3 BILLION per year trying to find some. FLV has failed at other companies, CM has never had a job anywhere other than Ford.
They need to be laid off and this money returned to our bonus calculation.
The greed of the Ford family and the ego of Farley the fraud could care less about reputation or their legacy. The talk of EV dev are a distraction for the targeted termination of NA employees. Starting with the disgrace of Hackett's " Smart Redesign ", older pensioned employees have all but been eliminated ( notice that certain LL4/ 3s were spared as well as the Design Studio notorious for nepotism! ). More layoffs are planned for September as functions and jobs are offshored to Mexico and India. Yea, real American! Disgusting. Lawler is manipulating the numbers, selling off his ( and C-Suite's ) stock then shorting the stock to repeat 2008's scenario ( the Ford family and investors made obscene fortunes buying stock at $1/ share that surged to $10/share within a year ). Quality is at all-time lows. None of the subscription product teams are delivering. All the programs are delayed and the vehicles look terrible ( the Lincolns especially are pathetic copies of Tesla ). Everyone, including myself, are terrified after receiving the SWAT team drill notice. Everyone knows it's only a matter of time before some poor soul snaps after Ford has betrayed them and does the unthinkable on Ford property. Accountability? Good luck, with all the fakes, Doug Field at the top of the list and that wife bag burner FL Victor at the top of the list, it's clear no one cares and to he-l with FoMoCo.
