Yes, thankful to still have a job. However, not sure where I fit in. Why are branches with float CRC’s being allowed to hire? Don’t see the need for the float CRC’s if all branches are fully staffed.

I am more worried that I don’t even know what my job title is, 2 months after conversion.
Apparently, I won’t know my job title, corporate title, and pay going forward till November when they downgrade everyone.
I wish they just lay me off if they don’t want to pay me
You can add to that, we don't know what are actual job positions are. It's really maddening the lack of disrespect that existing employees are dealing with.
I feel bad for the employees that you were let go but why are you here if your were released?
Titles means difference in severance and vacation time. For those who aren't aware this is more than a title. Review your employee handbook.
You won’t get much sympathy from me for your title change complaint. UB employees that got layoff notices, and can’t find another job will tell you Be happy you still have. Job.
