My two cents, to prevent forum board hijacking. Given it's anonymous, without moderation this forum board could easily became a haven for short sellers or meme stock kids.
why? If we want the current stock price, there are hundreds of other ways of getting accurate and timely updates. We don't need some dillweed making useless update posts here. All it does is waste space and time. It's out of date minutes after it's posted and it's just worse as time goes on.. it is, in fact, insulting and narcissistic to think that everyone else here is incapable of getting the information for ourselves. In this case, I applaud the moderators for taking out the trash.
