I went into a few retail branches and couldn't help but notice how defeated the employees looked. Then I spoke to a few and realized how bad US Bank is treating the branch employees. Branch Managers hidden from customers or not their at all. Assistant managers at the teller window with there, "next teller window" sign up and there's a line. Bankers helping clients non stop with servicing issues and not being able to take there legal breaks. I seriously feel bad for you guys. This is not how retail banking should be run. Everyone has a defeated look in there face. It's horrible to see.

I would welcome Bill Demchak leadin us. Can’t see the regulators allowing PNC to aquire USB but one can wish.
Its the Tim Welsh Mckinsey way. Just getting the bank ready for the PNC buyout.
