Does any get random emails from Technology that a dashboard has been shared with you? I get one every couple weeks and have zero knowledge why.
We are supposed to be granting access on a need to know basis, and I don’t need to know this info.

Funny you posted this. I just received an email letting me know a X-X technology dashboard was shared with me. I also have NO IDEA who did it or why...but looking at it - don't believe it will aid in my current job at all.
@nxh Way to gloss over a problem by saying one system is working as intended. Never mind the human operator behind the actual issue.

It's not a big deal. You aren't getting access to anything you didn't already have access to based on dashboard creations. Half the time it's a mistake by the person creating the dashboard that they fix moments later. They are explicitly sharing it with a team you happen to be a member of that someone has defined as needing access to said Dashboard. Acting like this is the greatest travesty since Holly's Birthday.
You should complain about the Ansible team being exceedingly efficient at taking a 32kb email and turning it into a 2+MB email because they don't know how to use distro groups or the BCC field locking up peoples outlook. Only at Wells can we sabotage ourselves.
Maybe consider responding to the person who granted you the access to ask rather than posting to a layoffs site.
