Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

Walt's retirement timeline

How long before Walt leaves Treasure Island?

Rick is being increasingly groomed for CEO - albeit with little success as demonstrated by today's summer update. I suspect it will be shortly after the Ameritrade transition is completed. It is logical to have the layoff blood on the exiting CEO's hands and not be blurred with the orders of incoming CEO.

Walt will be praised for guiding us through the transition and setting the firm up for success.

In hearing Rick speak I get the idea that he’d lay off his own mother for one more cent per share earnings.

Watch - it will be the Ricky show when Waldo's reign is up next year!

God, could you imagine Rick as a CEO? That would be a comedy skit. Hopefully they do it after I am allowed to sell my shares though.

Walt lies. I've never worked for a CEO that backtracks as much as he does. He promises to never give half truths or corporate speak but that's exactly what he spews every appearance he makes. The firm has one thing right; they need to clean house across the board. Inverted pyramid.
