Several senior reps have already left or are leaving. Others are actively looking for other work. STS had a stellar year last year so what did management do? They change the comp plan and now most everyone is on a sales plan. If it ain't broke, why fix it?

Sycamore did a great job increasing Staples debt and taking a nice dividend payout to repay themself after the purchase. If Sr. Reps are leaving, it's for good reason. They are not the only ones. It's just a matter of time before either more layoffs happen in an attempt to reduce cost or MORE cost increase to our customers that will make it even harder to sell.
