So sick of this s—-show company. Directors steal ideas and change one or two things and claim as their own. Or give their protege (your teammate) an idea you gave them. I could not be happier bonuses are a crapshoot next year. I will be laid off by then,of course. The favorites giving the illusion of coming up with great ideas, but very little bonus to receive for their thievery. I have worked here 20 years, yet to have a director who actually cared about the underlings. All about making themselves look good to warrant their morbidly obese salaries while telling mgrs to give 2% increases to us peons, and we should “be happy” with that.... Chuck, begging you, please come back one more time, we need you.

I didn’t notice a difference with the updated version. It seems like perhaps some language might’ve changed. But, all of the “numbers” are the same from what I can tell.
