Look at the head of tts. A commerce graduate who knows about the interweb… then relook at the dept and rethink ur question. Also as misogyny spreads expect it to become a boys only dept.

It is cheaper to hire from India. Project meeting times changed to facilitate indian workforce. Hires are not the brightest. Most people are frustrated.
