Company would be just as foolish not to publish.
Precedent has been set that the CEO addresses employees post earnings call.
If this one is not made available it will raise suspicious. One’s lawyer can request it as a claim it is directly related to his or her client’s case.

In addition, someone can begin to gather employee notes and attestations of what they heard. This also will help get unedited transcript posted like the rest or help attorneys’ reason for request.

This direct meeting from CEO has already had percent set that it is recorded and shared for employees who were unable to attend due to earned time off, caregiver leave or attending to a critical business need like assisting a customer. Let’s see if it posts tomorrow. Internal lawyers may need more time to prepare to defend it. Fingers crossed the company does the right thing and makes recording available.
