Entire team dials In and we are just let go! This also includes our manager and director for the Non Par Team.
We were told to put out of office and then to log off and not back in. Our official last day is 8/10.
Of course they blame cost! But let’s be honest! The VP want to make sure they get their bonus $$$!!

I agree with all above There is no Integrity or Compassion, two of the tenets this company holds most dear. And again, all the layoffs were mid-manager down. no top tier level 32+ etc. Internal employee survey in VBC division showed very sobering results which aren't being shared indicating the poor morale under this division's leadership.

We couldn’t even email our groups to let them know or thank them for working with us for years!! These are contracts we went out and got ourselves also!

I think the person posting "CMS final notice on the ICD10" as reason for this layoff is company planted insider - seems like at least a spoks person.

No, it is totally around and caused by cost and financial headwinds brought on by the CMS final notice on the ICD10 codes that were changed. The enterprise had to make business decisions to align G&A costs to lower forecasted revenue due to the administration's changes to reimbursement codes. My area had to develop the business case for the Optum part of this. It stinks so many have to be let go due to this.
