This site continues to be wrong proving dates of doom that go nowhere. Adding fuel to the anxiety fire for no reason.

OP - this site is not wrong again. Several people got impacted today, at least in our org all below 59.
“People who said this would be inverted pyramid were wrong” - there, fixed for ya!
Fuel maybe but you really think they move a 1000 people Org and just let it settle to get to $500M or less in savings. Given large change no reason to wait until the end of year before letting others go. My money is on this week if not tomorrow or a Wednesday if all the paperwork is lined up. Then onto the next big Org change.
Nothing was set in stone in regards to dates. All I read was conjecture and theories. Layoffs will happen, that's not in question. If you took theories for fact, that's on you.
Regardless, we're all trying to understand when layoffs will happen to find some relief. Relief in knowing whether you still have a job or not.
And if you don't like this, don't visit the site.
Lol glad someone got that joke. Virtual fist bump
No Colonel Sanders, you’re wrong. Mama’s right.
Well guess what folks? Mama was wrong again
@zmc+1nS2xw2S any info which departments they belong to?
I disagree.
Colleagues have reached out about meetings with direct report / MD.
No way is noodles that smart!
This is likely intentional. If the company wants to stop people from coming here then filling it with misinformation that they spam is a great way to start.
It's easy for them compared to others because while a real source may only repeat it once or twice those looking to shake confidence will spam it acting as different users to make the build up and following failure to happen more impactful.
To be clear I don't think this is Schwab sanctioned activity, but rather there are MDs and other bootlickers who have been badmouthed on here and may be looking to retaliate
Easy. Don’t come here then. No one is forcing you.
