The rot is from the director level and up. Until they are all made accountable or canned, nothing will change. It’s past time for the diversity hire to “leave to spend more time with its family.”
Marketing is a total disaster because of the leadership and everyone with any sense is looking to get out. Even new hires are interviewing again when they quickly realise how dysfunctional it is. JW and her MLT are not only under qualified and disorganized but many of them are mean and lashing out at entry level employees. Nobody on MLT can say no to JW which creates so much swirl of too many projects with unrealistic deadlines. Morale is so bad and ELT know and are doing nothing.
They will be easily replaced. Bu++kissers are a dime a dozen.
