Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

There are many other opportunities out there

Now that I look back on my time at Mondelez, I regret that I stayed so long. I see that many are worried and are feeling uncertainty as to what changes will follow. Why? Because no one expects changes for the better anymore. That's why I say it's best not to underestimate your own abilities and don't allow them the pleasure of getting rid of you when they decide you are no longer needed.

Dear Colleague,
While I agree the bonus structure is ridiculous. Your $400 after taxes would have been your M6 monthly. The monthly for me ranges from 360- 600 after deducts. Q1 bonus was about $100. Q2 is being paid mid/late Aug.
Until I find a new assignment, my focus is monthly sales=bonus. Quarterly bonuses are based on DMI junk. I'll send a picture of my middle finger for 0.50 cents a day.

My biggest regret was staying 15 years when they made it perfectly clear they didn’t appreciate anything I did above and beyond. Coupled with the constant disrespect and it’s my own fault for letting them treat me that way
