I left the company years ago (not laid off... chose to leave) and these posts are exactly the same as they were back then... lol. None of what these posts say is believable anymore. You all just appear to be whiners. Why not just leave before you get cut or "be worked to the bone"??? OR you can work hard at fixing the culture inside out starting with the team you are on. In other words, leave or make it better. Don't just complain.
They hastily broke down the silos to transform us into a Team of Teams(R). So many teams (but not "silos!"). It took years to figure out which team did what and who the right contacts were. Today we start over. Total disarray.
The experience & talent walking out the door is insane. Feels like the last desperate act of a dying leadership team. No plan no reason, just cut costs

But is anyone surprised knowing our senior management came from private equity? They are going to bleed the company dry and work the (remaining) employees to the bone, until they sell off in pieces. I've been looking to exit for awhile. It's almost a relief to be able to focus on finding a new job and not have to try to hide my interviews anymore.
Any firing were caused by the constant lurking of that HON fellow in our parking lots. Horrible creep. Women nor men cannot be safe anymore in those parking lots.
Looks like the melville fellow is in on it and acted as the lookout in a brand new car
