Got my first bonus since the restructuring. I busted my A for the quarter for a lousy $400 bucks after taxes. That was the final straw for me. Can’t wait to find another job

For a dollar a day…you too can feed a Mondelez employee…my quarter bonus was 90 bucks after taxes…literally a dollar a day. Lol WHAT A JOKE

Our DM said we should be lucky that we make a salary and get to work for this company.

Yeah, they took a chunk of our bonus and gave it to the order writers.
I dont even look at the sales numbers anymore
