I clean up my freezers every day before the end of my shift and everyday I come back its garbage again and the managers holds nobody accountable but me and I'm just a regular associate nothing will change around here EVERRRRRRR.

Not true about the women in the bakery. I would have to go to the freezer every day and either I would find a path to the back or get a pallet jack and pull out 5 to 8 pallets just to reach my stuff. Then put everything back to where the next person could reach the pallets easier. So don't lump the bakery in with the other's that make a mess of it,meat dept. was the worst cafe was pretty bad at times also.
I've been away from the company for a few years but this doesn't surprise me one bit.
who's going in trashing it after you leave? is it another f/c team member, a bakery, or cafe associate? if it's a bakery of cafe associate, block the door with two pallets of freight.
that should solve your problem because most of the women that work there are too lazy to get a pallet jack & move them.
