If you are in line for ice cream, wait patiently for your turn. Cutting in line is unacceptable behavior. We've observed too many unqualified individuals cutting in line in this place. In fact, the entire staff running the "Advancing XYZ Pathway" program has nothing to do but sending junk emails and making them feel self important. One such pathway person joined our conference this week. She dressed pretty, looking into the camera like a professional movie star, talked empty words, but contributed absolutely nothing to the meeting. Question for you today - how do you react this this individual is in your meeting - a highly technical meeting?

Pretend everything is just or protest with an activist group, this is a pathetic firm. Pull up your socks play politics or be gone... Gas makes noise and rises to the top, dense matter drop to the bottom

I have chance to work with a few of them. On average, they are the worst group at getting job done from my experience.

There are lots of Nigerian scammers here. All of them have glowing resumes manufactured by other Nigerian scammers. The bank hired them for certain representation. However, they are just trophies for certain nonsense dashboards. These people steal $ without even working any real work. The saddest part is that the leadership team probably all knew but chose to look the other way. FBI should look into all those pretenders and dig out all their brothers, sisters, relatives for cheating the system

Are you relatively new? This has been going on for years at the Bank. The Bank has a way of making the new shining star think highly of themself. They call it self-confidence. Yes, we all need to be self-confident, but to do the job we need more. We need skills, knowledge, sense of community and some humility. Why humility, today your on top but that can change tomorrow. Some rising star might replace you.
