I'm a campus hire from pandemic era so pardon my ignorance but why do we need both President and CEO. What is that President can do but CEO is not able too? isn't that like more than $10m savings right away.

It’s a fairly standard corporate structure. CEO sets overall strategy, face of the company, long term vision etc…President responsible for actually running the business.
If you’re a campus hire, don’t let your attitude and views get corrupted by cesspools like this and antiwork. You have to keep in mind that like 90% of the posters here are worker drones who’ll never succeed anywhere anyway.
