We get it…you’ve already coached your DM into believing that you work sooooo hard and that you have soooo many stores AND that you can’t get to all of them each week. We get it. You’ve had 6+ months to visit around 30 stores and some of them you haven’t even step foot in once…not just D Stores, I’ve had A stores still ask about the previous Sales Rep that has been gone for over 4 years…crazy right?!? You might fool the neanderthal of a RMS or the robotic DM, but you ain’t fooling anyone else…these sales reps are totally worthless and the only reason I’m staying at this point is to watch y’all get gone at the first of the year. It’s hilarious when we are on calls, y’all brag about how many excellent contacts you have at each of your stores, all of the displays you’ve been “selling”, how all your stores know you…thing is, they don’t have a clue who their sales rep even is and some stores don’t even have the bare minimum displays that are pretty much handed to you (4x4 in Walmart). Y’all are a joke and just know when you complain about rotation, sales being way down, etc. We want you to fail…we are laughing every single day waiting for you to get gone. Lmao go ahead and downvote if you want, but just stop and think…if anything I said offends you…(you’re the problem).

Can't you still call customer care and adjust orders manually? That's what I did when Walmart orders were still locked out. I'd also cancel them and write my own too.
To the person who asked what WM soft touch is. It’s the next great thing this company has rolled out, the next step to eliminating reps.
You can no longer subtract anything from any WM order. Now you can only add items. Best of luck to you when you’re WM backstock blows up due to counts being off and no FTOW adding anything because they aren’t scheduled to review an order and could care less about the displays needed to be filled
CA! On roll back. Who cares.? Not ordering that. Less work to do. All the while you are throwing 250 cases at some random stores while you lose a display at some WM you’ve spent years building a relationship at.
SR here, can confirm that I don’t do anything and I’ve been on vacation since March. I build fake displays so I can make sure my DMI is at 100% in order to get my 100 dollar bonus check. It is also true none of my stores know me because when I do my “selling” visits, I wear my street clothes in and I just stand in the aisle like a customer hanging out. That’s my handy GPS secret tip (I can also sit in my car for the same effect). Have fun merchandising the product and please make sure your work through my 3 pallets of back stock while I’m gone. Sorry, I’ve got to go have a sidebar with our DM now in my Malibu.
It's amazing how every SR I talk to wants to quit or has quit but these lazy ftow think we aren't doing anything. Once I use up all my vacation time I'll start looking for my way out
Sales reps are babysitters who are here to be the scapegoat. We get yelled at by store managers, Dms when the ftow sc--w up. It's a silly structure. We are only here to smooth the transition to either complete warehouse or having the ftow completely run the show (which would be scary). Either way give me my severance and I'll happily walk away from this shitshow
Are you for real? Sales reps go to the stores they are assigned on ideploy, just like everyone else. If a sales rep never goes to a store that is because they are scheduled that way, and NOT scheduled to service the store. These routes are too big for 1 person, and that's why the company has you pathetically, incompetent, FTOW "helping." Yes, all sales reps know you aren't really helping, but we can't do anything about it. That's why most sales reps do want a pink slip and a severance, so all you pathetically lazy, incompetent, stupid FTOW can run the company into the ground after we leave cause we know who is actually holding this sh-t show together, and it's not YOU!
