Has anyone heard about ECDP?
8 years as a solid PM. I'm out as of 8/17. Honestly, I kind of knew about it back in April and have been looking (landed a new role 2 days ago).
This is an attempt to get ahead of Rx home delivery ( sales have flattened), losses in the Infusion space as well as changes on the Medicare world. More coming in Sept is my guess and if the stock price does not improve, I see heads rolling at the top.

Optum Finance? Has anyone heard of any RIF for UHC finance? Should C/S finance be worried?

I do agree that there were a lot of redundant roles within UHc. Especially with all of the acquisitions. My old department merged with 5 CDOs. Each team brought over their own set of employees with the exact same job functions.
UHC is being hit very hard as well in areas such as economics, provider relations, and I heard about medical directors and government value based leaders also. Not to sound insensitive but the company is very too heavy and many of the executive leader roles made sense to collapse functions.
No...very senior VP in e&I analytics laid off today.
Post about RIFs are coming in toady on the Optum page. Sure looks like Optum is being hit this week.
If I learned anything from all this, no one is safe
