Oh come the worker revolution...it's getting closer strikes all over..hit them in the pocketbook. Someone needs to expose the level of offshore not just India how about Ireland, Manila, Brazil etc. You get what you pay for!!!
Right. Until it’s time for layoffs. Then they give you zero notice and zero effort to help retain you in one of the thousands of open job requisitions within the company. Then, you have to apply after you’re laid off and the hiring managers see you as damaged goods. Been there, done that.
Oh yes and then you are ghosted, your work is farmed out to other poor souls and the leaders get fatter and richer. It’s okay, their day will come too. Corporate America at its worst. They forget that negative word on the street can hurt business, especially if you have the right connections.
